Con un anfiteatro Mario del Tránsito Cocomarola rebosante de público, el gobernador Gustavo Valdés volvió este miércoles a decir presente en la celebración de la fiesta mayor del Chamamé, en su edición 34° Fiesta Nacional, 20° del Mercosur y 4° Mundial. Esta vez fue acompañado de intendentes de varias localidades correntinas, quienes encontraron en el evento un punto ideal para promocionar la agenda de verano cultural y turística de sus propias ciudades.
La gastronomía típica correntina, con empanadas de búfalo preparadas por los cocineros del Iberá, la música que representa nuestro ñandereko y la enchamigada con los afectos fueron algunas de las razones que mencionó el gobernador para visitar una vez más la Fiesta grande del chamamé.
Artistas como Raly Barrionuevo, un homenaje especial preparado por la banda de Ofelia Leiva, Los Mercedeños y Los Alonsitos junto a Lázaro Caballero hicieron vibrar el anfiteatro; asi como la presentación del Ballet oficial dedicada a Bautista Monzón y los menchos correntinos, cosecharon los aplausos del gobernador, asi como de los miles de espectadores presentes.
Permanente acompañamiento de intendentes en las lunas chamameceras
El intendente de Ituzaingó, Juan Pablo Valdés expresó su felicidad por poder disfrutar “de estos momentos mágicos que tiene Corrientes, donde podemos escuchar tantos artistas y estilos”.
Consultado sobre la temporada de verano en su localidad, consideró que la de este año es la mejor desde que inició su gestión: “El trabajo que se venía haciendo durante el año dio resultado, posicionamos a Ituzaingó como destino, tratando de atrapar a ese turista que va a visitar los Esteros o las Cataratas”. Carnaval, playas, paseos gastronómicos y ferias son algunas de las propuestas de la ciudad para los visitantes.
Con la apertura del paso fronterizo con Ayolas (Paraguay), Valdés asegura que se abren las puertas al turismo y comercio, tanto para Ituzaingó como para la provincia.
“Realmente estoy muy contento porque la Fiesta Nacional del Chamamé nos trata muy bien a los goyanos, un evento que tiene que ver con nuestra identidad y nuestra cultura”, expresó el intendente de Goya, Mariano Hormaechea al ser consultado en el anfiteatro Cocomarola.
El jefe comunal destacó la participación de varios exponentes goyanos del género sobre el escenario Sosa Cordero, como Raíz chamamecera, “unos jóvenes que están transitando este camino y la verdad que les fue muy bien, son muy buenos, y esto da fuerza para que el chamamé goyano siga creciendo”, manifestó.
En otro orden de temas, Hormaechea resaltó la permanente comunicación que tiene con sus pares comunales, como los intendentes Noelia Bazzi, Pablo Guastavino y Juan Pablo Valdés. “Con los intendentes estamos siempre en contacto, hoy están varios de ellos acá, y siempre estamos conversando, intercambiando ideas, trabajando en conjunto, y esto me parece también que es el resultado que nosotros obtenemos en nuestras localidades, porque nos vamos consultando sobre lo que cada uno lo aplica en su comunidad”, finalizó.
Por su parte, destacando el área gastronómica de la Fiesta Nacional del Chamamé, Jorge Meza dio cuenta que “ya es un clásico que nos acompañen Los Cocineros del Iberá, esta red muy valiosa del Gobierno provincial”, recordando que Caá Catí es la Capital Provincial del Búfalo y “en base a esta carne podemos llegar a muchos lugares con la degustación de nuestro producto”.
“El chamamé nos identifica como región, ya que somos Patrimonio inmaterial de la humanidad”, añadió el jefe comunal sobre el género musical y la mayor fiesta de Corrientes, a la vez que invitó a la ciudadanía a la XXVIII Fiesta del Verano, a realizarse en Caá Catí, los días 1 y 2 de febrero y a los Carnavales de su localidad, que tendrán lugar los días 7 y 8, 14 y 15 del mismo mes.
